FISHER Bigger Than A Beach Party Australia will have COVID Safe measures in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of all patrons.

The event may be postponed if COVID-19 renders the date not viable. All tickets will be honoured for the postponed dates and refunds will be offered for those who cannot attend the new dates.

No, due to the severity of the pandemic, we ask kindly that any patrons who are feeling unwell or have the slightest flu symptoms not to attend this event and see your local Covid Testing Clinic. Full refunds are available up to event day if you have COVID-19 symptoms.

As FISHER is located on the beautiful Stuart Park in Wollongong, we provide portable, temporary toilets for this event. Check the event map closer to the event for the location of toilets

Strictly no passouts, please plan ahead because once you’re in, you’re in. 

Yes! Free water stations will be all around the event and free water is available at all bars.

There are shaded spaces around the event site and free sunscreen but we highly recommend bringing personal sun protection such as a hat, sunnies and personal sunscreen. You can bring in sunscreen up to 100ml and in its original plastic container.

Yes, if you need assistance on the day there will be a First Aid tent who offer confidential, judgement free help!

Yes! FISHER Bigger Than A Beach Party Tour is open to everyone and different accessibility options are available. There will be accessible drop off points & accessible toilets available on site. There are no ATM’s as FISHER Australian Beach Party is a cashless event. It is a card only event so make sure you’ve got your EFTPOS, debit, credit or phone pay ready to go and leave your cash at home.

TICKET FAQS

All tickets for FISHER Australian Beach Party Tour – Wollongong are valid for the rescheduled FISHER Bigger Than A Beach Party Tour in Wollongong. Ticket holders who are not able to attend the new dates will be able to apply for a refund from Moshtix until 24 November (local time). Moshtix will be in touch with all account holders directly.

Tickets for Fremantle & Wollongong can be purchased from Moshtix. Tickets for Melbourne are available on Eventbrite. Tickets for Brisbane are available on Ticketmaster. If you see tickets available anywhere else, they’re fake AF.

We will be offering a resale facility through Moshtix for Perth & Wollongong once the event is sold out. If you can no longer attend, you’ll be able to put your ticket up for sale through Moshtix, for another fan to purchase. Resale facility dates will be announced soon.

For tickets to St Kilda, you are welcome to resell your tickets through TIXEL.

For tickets to Brisbane you are welcome to resell your ticket through Ticketmaster once the event has sold out.

There is a $10 fee to reissue tickets through Moshtix.

Once you purchase your ticket you’ll get a confirmation email and your ticket will be sent out shortly after. If you still can’t find it, get in contact with Moshtix here, with Eventbrite here, and Ticketmaster here.

For entry, you must provide a valid government issued ID including:

  • 18+ Passport, Photo Driver Licence
  • Proof of Age card (including Keypass)
  • International Passports

TIME TO PAY OPTION will be available until 31st Jan 2020

Time to Pay Administration Fee: 2.5% of the order total, payable on the date of purchase with your first payment.

If you choose to pay for your Event ticket using the Time To Pay Option the following terms and conditions will apply.

By purchasing with the Time To Pay Option, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Time To Pay Terms and Conditions (Time To Pay T+Cs).

Time To Pay Payment Schedules: by selecting the Time To Pay Option, you irrevocably direct and authorise Moshtix Pty Ltd to charge your nominated credit card on the scheduled dates below (note that if a scheduled date is a weekend or a public holiday, the credit card will be charged on the next business day):

Credit Card Details: all payments will be processed using the same credit card used for the 1st Payment. If your credit card expires during the Time To Pay period, you must update your credit card details by contacting Moshtix.

Changes to Payment Schedule and Refunds: the Time To Pay Payment Schedules cannot be changed and unless required under applicable Trade Practices and Consumer Protection laws, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange during the Time To Pay process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit card account details you have provided are correct and up to date and you have sufficient clear funds available in the account on the scheduled payment dates.

Delivery of Tickets: Tickets purchased under the Time To Pay Option will not be delivered until all instalments are received. Once full payment has been received, you will receive an email advising that your tickets are attached to your nominated address if the PDF tickets are being sent by e-mail, or advising that your Wristband(s) have been dispatched to your delivery address. It is your responsibility to ensure that your emailing/mailing address is up to date at the time of purchase to ensure that your tickets are sent to the correct address.

Default on Payment: if an instalment is not received on the scheduled payment date, we will make one attempt to contact you by email and/or telephone. You will be given five (5) days from the date we attempt to contact you to respond to the enquiry or update your payment information. If we do not hear from you or you do not arrange payment within the five (5) day period then you will be deemed to have defaulted on the Payment Schedule and the Cancellation for Default provisions below will apply.

Cancellation for Default: default on the Payment Schedule will result in cancellation of your entire ticket purchase, and any deposit (excluding the Time to Pay Administration Fee, payment processing and booking fees) will be refunded to you less a $30 default fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to check your credit card or bank statements to ensure that the payments are being debited to your account in accordance with the Payment Schedule. You will be notified prior to the order being cancelled.

Privacy: A Customer’s “personal information” (as that term is defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) will only be used by Moshtix to provide you with the services contemplated by this contract. Moshtix’s Privacy Statement is to be found on its website www.moshtix.com.au

Deferring a Payment: Should you wish to defer a payment to another date you must contact Moshtix before the date of that payment to request the deferment. Deferments are entirely at the discretion of Moshtix and will depend on the length of deferment, the current state of your account and your past history.

Disputes: If you dispute any debit payment, you must notify Moshtix immediately. Moshtix will respond to your dispute within 7 working days and will immediately refund the amount of the debit if we are not able to substantiate the reason for it. If you do not receive a satisfactory response from us to your dispute contact your financial institution who will respond to you with an answer to your claim within 5 business days if your claim is lodged within 12 months of the disputed drawing, or within 30 business days if your claim is lodged after 12 months from the disputed drawing.

Enquiries: All enquiries should be directed to Moshtix and should be made at least 1 working day prior to the next scheduled direct debit.
