Event FAQs

Yes. The previously scheduled event for Stuart Park, Wollongong, will now be held on 12 November at The Domain in Sydney. Stuart Park has suffered extreme damage to its grounds from the heavy rain fall this past year. As a result, we have moved the Wollongong event, so we can guarantee the event going ahead in 2022. Please read the FAQs for up to date information on how to request a refund if the new location no longer suits.

The very same. If you have tix for the original Fisher Beach Party or Fisher Bigger Than A Beach Party tours, we will reissue your tickets in October. If any of your contact details have changed, make sure you update them in your Ticketmaster (Brisbane), Moshtix (Sydney & Perth) or Eventbrite (Melbourne) account.

Yes, you’ll need photo ID to prove you’re 18+ to get into the event.

BRISBANE: Gates open at 12pm and the last act finishes at 9pm
MELBOURNE + SYDNEY + PERTH: Gates open at 1pm and the last act finishes at 10pm

Yes! There will be portable, temporary toilets for this event. Check the event map closer to the event for the location of toilets.

Strictly no passouts, please plan ahead because once you’re in, you’re in.

Yes! Free water stations will be all around the event and free water is available at all bars.

There are shaded spaces around the event site and free sunscreen but we highly recommend bringing personal sun protection such as a hat, sunnies and personal sunscreen. You can bring in sunscreen up to 100ml and in its original plastic container.

Yes, if you need assistance on the day there will be a First Aid tent who offer confidential, judgement-free help!

There are no ATMs as the FISHER AUSTRALIA Tour is a cashless event. It is a card only event so make sure you’ve got your EFTPOS, debit, credit or phone pay ready to go and leave your cash at home.

Yes! FISHER’s Australia Tour is open to everyone and different accessibility options are available. There will be accessible drop off points & accessible toilets available on site. We’d love to help to make your event day experience as easy as possible, if you are attending the event and have accessibility requirements, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.

FISHER’s Australia Tour will have COVID Safe measures in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of all patrons.

Yes! We will have a range of food vendors catering to most dietary requirements.

  • Any items determined as dangerous by Security or event staff

Sydney & Melbourne show – We will be teaming up with DanceWize to ensure your day is properly amazing and safe! The DanceWize team is made up of dedicated volunteers who have been trained to promote well-being. They patrol the festival grounds, ensuring everyone’s safety and providing immediate care if necessary.

Perth show – Crowd care, which is providing Medical Services on-site, will have a crowd care post for guests who need assistance but do not require medical attention.

TICKET FAQs

Tickets for Perth & Sydney can be purchased from Moshtix. Tickets for Melbourne are available on Eventbrite. Tickets for Brisbane currently SOLD OUT, but any returns will be available on Ticketmaster. If you see tickets available anywhere else, they’re fake AF.

Our official resale & refund window has now closed. If you can no longer attend, but would like to give your ticket to a friend, you can request a name change via Moshtix (Sydney + Perth), Ticketmaster (Brisbane) or Eventbrite (Melbourne).

There are small fees to reissue tickets through Ticketmaster (Brisbane) and to resell tickets via TIXEL (Melbourne), as well as a $10 fee to reissue tickets through Moshtix (Perth & Sydney).

All tickets for the original FISHER Australian Beach Party Tour or FISHER Bigger Than A Beach Party Tour are valid for the rescheduled FISHER AUSTRALIA tour. Ticket holders who are not able to attend the new dates can submit a request with Ticketmaster (Brisbane), Moshtix (Perth & Sydney) or Eventbrite (Melbourne) before 12 July.

If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and cannot attend, we will process a refund when requested if you’ve provided a valid doctor’s certificate (for the date of the event) – please submit your refund request via your Moshtix (Sydney + Perth), Ticketmaster (Brisbane) or Eventbrite (Melbourne) account.

If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 you must notify the organisers via your Moshtix (Sydney + Perth), Ticketmaster (Brisbane) or Eventbrite (Melbourne) account, and provide a valid doctor’s certificate to be eligible to receive a refund.

If you were previously issued a ticket for Fisher Beach Party or Fisher Bigger Than A Beach Party, you will be re-issued a new ticket for Fisher’s Australia Tour in October. If you haven’t received your ticket at all, or have misplaced it, please contact Ticketmaster (Brisbane), Moshtix (Perth & Sydney) to have them re-sent to you, or log into your Eventbrite account to download your tickets (Melbourne).

For entry, you must provide a valid government issued ID including:

18+ Passport
Photo Driver Licence
Proof of Age card (including Keypass)
International Passports
